You donāt have to āsayā anything, itās common sense! You donāt rip someone elseās work and submit it as your own work. You donāt have to outright claim it, but they for sure didnāt ask the original artist for permission.
And then they tried to cover up by stealing ANOTHER personās work. Thatās not an accident: thatās what they intented to do; steal. And thatās wrong.
Please donāt do that, itās hurtful to the person who spent a long time working on the art.
