Description: A two-dimensional interdimensional demon from the now destroyed dimension, Euclydia, formerly existent only in the Mindscape before succeeding in gaining access to your computer.
Design: Bill Cipher
Appears: Out of the Bill Cipher zodiac or the Weirdmageddon portal
Movement: Idle: floats in place, left: arms and legs face right and faces to the left floats to the left, right: arms and legs face left and faces to the right floats to the right
Defeat: Disappears into the Bill Cipher zodiac or the Weirdmageddon portal

He destroyed his dimension 6. Right now he is in therapy 7. He got into the third dimension 8. He is yellow 9. He wears a top hat and a bowtie 10. He is the best villain.
