Good question! Here’s how the item levels work:
• Basic: Just the regular name (without any suffixes), like Pillow Shield.
• Pro: A stronger version with better effects, like Pillow Shield Pro.
• Ultra: The most powerful version, like Pillow Shield Ultra.

Spinach Smash is a new attack item that boosts your bromon’s attack power during battle. The one in your screenshot is the basic version!
If you hover over the item in your backpack, you’ll see a tooltip with more info about what it does.

Haha, you got it! 
The idea for Spinach Smash was totally inspired by Popeye and his mighty spinach! Just like in the cartoons, it gives ur bromon a burst of strength to dominate the round.
