i found two bull ant queens within 5 minutes of each other in adjacent trees once. They were almost 2 inches long! (or 4 centimeters, im australain)

also unlike normal bugs, they are completely aware that you’re looking at it. itll even turn its head towards you! also they have an excruciating sting. usually if you get attcked by one it actually the sting that gets you, but most people think its the bite
