Description: An item that disables the rampage wheel (by electrocuting it). However, to disable it, you need to spin ANOTHER wheel generated by the item with:
- a 50% chance of disabling the rampage wheel if your opponent is 1 crush below you
- a 40% if they are 2 crushes below you
- a 30% chance of winning if it is 3+ crushes below you
(these probabilities are for the base chance taser)
Each tier of it (normal, pro and ultra) increase the chance of winning by 15%
