The developers did put a lot of effort into it but…What exactly is cool about it? It’s just platformer
It’s a metroidvania and it was made by 3 people and you probably don’t know anything about it if you’re asking that question
Hollow Knight isn’t just a game it’s a masterpiece the art, lore, enemies, characters, combat, music and areas are really close to perfect
And I get annoyed when people say stuff like this and in the same message they get something wrong like you called it a platformer when it isn’t one just do your research like honestly it’s not that hard
