Ok @Krookodile , I know that the real pokemon has the black stripes and the drawing is shabby, but I will say that I drew this on MS Paint with Mouse ONLY (I think i have carpal tunnel syndrome now
), and I speedran this in 5 minutes but whaddya think? (The lines are rough as heck since I use my mousepad which has killed my right index finger)

also the airbrush shading is trash (looks completely unnoticeable despite the 20 minutes I spent trying to darken the edges), Ms Paint actually sucksโฆ WHY THE FLOP DID THEY REMOVE MY GOAT PAINT3D!? Ye it was so much better
