I wanted to ask this question because i encountered a mon and it never showed me the battle so i couldn’t catch it, and i was offline.

Usually it would be offline since it’s an extension, maybe you encountered a bug, but if it’s using data to summon the Bro-mon’s, then no.

The game’s mechanics are actually designed around encountering monsters while you surf the web. So, you’ll need to be online to experience these interactions and battles. Also, it’s important to click directly on the Bro-Mon to initiate a battle. If you click around it instead of directly on it, the monster might escape. Make sure you’re precise with your clicks and online next time you’re on the hunt!
