In terms of rarity I’m not quite sure you can influence it. However, through some trial and error I’ve seen that bro-mon spawns are based on 2 things mainly. How long ago you caught your last bro mon and a site-counter. So the most ideal strategy is that after every 30-50min or so of having caught a bro-mon you can start visiting several sites to get them to spawn. Done to its best capacity, you could catch up to 24 bromons every 24hrs.

i have a trick to get mithics faster. go somewhere (eg. wordle) a lot , then suddenly stop doing it. when u go back, 1st or 2nd time u get legendary or mithic. it works4 me
