Hi, Sweezy dev people! I was going to ask if we could add a Bro Mon that looks kind of like this guy?

I started making him as a comic character at school, and people thought he was really cool and funny so I made some lore about him. The people at that same school also really like Bro Mon and are playing it all the time. (I am one of them.)
If you do decide to add him, I have some of the lore stuff right here:
Smuh is a thunder wizard that travels across the galaxy with his friends to stop evil beings and rescue lost spirits. In his staff is the galactic orb, which allows him to travel wherever he wants. Type: Cosmix, catchphrase: Whatever Sweezy wants I don’t know what to pick.
I know if this is too much to ask, but could you make his crush level legendary? For whatever reason, the rarity fits him well and is not the highest one :3 Thank you so much!
