This is a bottle of rainbow colored smoke in a jar.
Once the player got this item, it will be automaticly used when the bromon dies. When the bromon dies, the item revives it and gives it a random HP from 5 to15.

No, I think the item will automatically works in the battle. Like when the bro-mon that you are using is down, the item will automatically revive it
