Here’s the explanation:
For users that isn’t Moderator, you guys turned the notification bell in that topic to β€œWatching”
And β€œWatching” notification bell means that you will get notified by every replies in that topic

For Moderators, I guess you guys will automatically get that

The β€œWatching” bell is automatically turned on if you created the topic
