The bro-mon badge is fixed, that is: It cannot be removed, once you earn it by getting all the bro-mon or helping a lot with the community it is not possible to remove it, as it is proof that you got them all bro-mon at least once or helped a lot with the community, that’s irreversible. Now, the moment you reinstall the extension and restart the game, even if you have lost all your progress, the bro-mon badge will always remain there showing your achievement.
