ARBA stand for anti rule breaker angency. Arba’ purpose is to make sure our community stays safe, and protect it from rule breakers, spammers, and more. Arba has different ranks/ statuses. The ranks are: Novicie agent: earned by joining the agency. Agent: stop a rule breaker once. Master agent: stop a rule breaker 10 times. And honered. reserved for scratchgamer. Arba is here to help if you see a rule breaker make sure to mention one of us and we will do our best to help.
