For the browser alone:
Get sweezy cursor: Sweezy Cursors - Custom Cursor for Edge™ - Microsoft Edge Add-ons (Edge)

then going to the sweezy cursor website search for the cursor you want or make one yourself then click on extension then click on your new cursor

you can choose your desired trail either from the preinstalled ones, adding one to your trail collection or make your own
for the rest of the pc do this:
get cur files from sweezy cursor website by downloading and not adding it to extension then go to Mouse settings(by searching) then additional mouse options then pointers then you click on the cursor pointers you wanna change. (this is for my system, windows 10 it might be different for you)
